Quando chegamos e vimos as condições do quarto e as instalações, pedimos reembolso, uma vez que nada condizia com as fotos do app. No entanto, o hotel se recusou por não ser reembolsável (deve ser de propósito). Nós trocaram de quarto 3 vezes (maçaneta quebrada, frigobar enferrujado, chuveiro péssimo, toalhas encardidas, cama sem lençol de cima, um cheiro horrível, box com cabelo no box, abertura ao lado do ar condicionado - o que proporcionou entrada de mosquitos...
