"Place was run down, room was ok but the shared bathroom/toilet was atrocious! The bloke at reception had an awful attitude from hello, he was the rudest host I have ever dealt with and the female at reception was no better. I suggest finding a different career than hospitality ... WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!"

"We are a couple who stayed in the Benoa room for 1 night and we had an excellent stay. The place was easy to find super easy check in and our room/villa was fantastic. The view is beautiful and to be able to see the lake is very special it’s very recharging and quiet. The room had a full kitchen with everything you need, good bathroom with a double shower, large & comfortable bed and the 2 person spa bath. Would definitely recommend. And book nearby activities such as Horserides, Ayurveda therapies and Markets. "
