"Unfortunately the Hotel failed to advise us of a hotel worker strike that had been going on for several weeks. This hotel actually was closed, and we didn’t find out until we showed up at the front door. Very disappointed that the hotel did not advise of the closure. They moved us to a sister hotel, which was an acceptable alternative."
"The staff was amazing friendly and did everything they could for guests. Very good room with a good bed. Probably newly renovated bathroom, clean. Excellent value for money.

"The hotel did not accommodate us, despite our (non-prepaid) booking. There is a hospitality staff strike, and we were sent to a sister hotel across the street, which hotel also could not accommodate us, but the skeleton staff there were very helpful in directing us to nearby accommodation, where we were able to book anew."
"The property is very basic but it has everything needed, comfortable bed, great shower and very cozy!! It was also very clean. Staff were great, very helpful and friendly! "
"The hotel was further from town than we thought, but we took an uber and that was convenient. The one thing that I did not appreciate is that you had no control over room temperature. We were there in the winter and the heat was up to high for us, we literally had to open the window while it was snowing to cool our room down. Other than that, the staff was nice and helpful."
