"Positive: The family running the hotel is very sweet and kind. It’s also located close to the beach where you can watch Turtles, so that’s a plus. Negative: Unfortunately our room was very dirty. It looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all after the previous guests left. Many, many hair on the bed, pillow and ground. Dead insects on the floor, in the bathroom and the mosquito net above the bed too. 0/10 for cleanliness. Our checkin was a little rough also, as nobody was there when we arrived. The...

We’ve travelled to 77 countries and this stay was one of the top disappointing hotel experiences we’ve had given the expectations of a five star hotel. "The property is located quite far from the main road and I'll be honest, the access road isn't great. But that being said, once you get there, you don't want to leave. The rooms are big and very spacious. We booked the family triple room and it was huge and very comfortable. Pool was clean and inviting. You can use the kayaks at any time and go onto the lagoon.
