Parking is a little bit cumbersome as you have to drive to a separate elevated driveway and done a rocky path to a gate that you have to unlock yourself and close the car off with the gate. Otherwise, the hotel room is very nice and cleanly. Bathroom is kind of small. Management was kind. It was a little difficult getting a hold of management as we arrived at the hotel at about eight or 9 PM. We had to bang on the door pretty loudly to get somebody to come out. We...

"I was disappointed by some of the staff who although knew well that we were tourists and did not reside in Chile, still went ahead and charged us government tax of about 90.00 USD. They then refused to reverse it and told us to go to customs at the airport and ask them to reverse it. The customs refused. There were some staff members that were nice and helpful in other ways but this tax issue made our experience so negative."

"The location was great; could walk to most attractions. The room was vintage, spacious and clean. The views from balconies were amazing. Breakfast was fantastic, fresh and filling. And lastly Karin & Pablo were awesome! They were friendly, exceedingly helpful and made us feel very welcome. Highly recommend this hotel and we hope to come back soon!"
