"The room was nice, but there was something sticky on the carpet (eww). Upon arrival the hotel's booking system was down and we couldn't check in for over an hour. It was 109 degrees outside and so we sat in the breakfast area and waited. We did get one night compted but we had to ask for it, nothing offered without asking. The staff didn't seem to be trained in how to appropriately handle the down system situation, and in talking to another guest (with a disabled spouse) they had asked...

"1. we've stayed there before. should really do something about the scrambled eggs, and nice to have bagels every day-which did not happen 2. really like to see more grab bars in bathrooms 3. place looked a bit tired compared to our previous stay 18 months ago 4. staff very pleasant and helpful 5. we had some difficulty getting our room cleaned on second day.....finally done by around 345 pm after my wife found someone who interceded with cleaning person. job was somewhat incomplete-dirty...

"This property is conveniently located. I stayed the weekend and enjoyed the in room kitchen. The muffins and coffee in the AM were nice. Staff was friendly and check in and check out were easy. Rooms are a little older in condition but the shower and bed were fine! Would definitely stay again!"
