"No one working the front desk at 5pm upon check-in. Instead, a notice to wait for their return or call a number. After ten minutes of waiting and three additional groups showing up to check-in, I called the number. They were shocked by the call and also could not locate anyone on property to help. Someone finally came and was robotic, no hospitality, not apologetic. This was a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT for a Hilton property. "I never write reviews but I wanted to write one for this place. I was very grossed out with the cleaning of this place, we found old flip flops under the bed that weren’t ours, there were stains in the carpet and you couldn’t walk barefoot or your feet would be black on the bottom. The bathtub had a large grey stain on it. And just random stains all around the room on doors or walls, which usually I can ignore but it was just enough of all the other things and adding this it just wasn’t fun to...

"I booked, online as soon as we enter the room we got out and ask for my money back. The room was nasty unsanitary, pubic hair, the bathroom hasn’t been clean in awhile nasty spot on the couch there was a nasty fan with years of accumulated dust. Nasty!!! I have pictures!
