The elevator carpet was stained, a paper napkin was on the floor, and the exterior wood stain or paint appeared to be peeling. The first-floor community balcony also lacked chairs. "I specifically asked the receptionist over the phone and in person if the pool and hot tub were working she said yes. Hot tub and pool were open but the hot tub was cold. We asked about it and she said she was aware and there wasn’t anything she could do about it. If she would have told me that I would not have booked the hotel."

"We love the layout of the rooms, with the exception of the bathroom and sink. Layout is a little cumbersome. We enjoy the small kitchen area along with the small living area to relax. We especially enjoy the breakfast and the green chili! No other breakfast bar provides green chili. There was a large group of people of all ages attending breakfast and they took over. Loud, children out of control and standing in the way of other guests. This is not the fault of Hyatt, but I’m hoping one of this...

"My family of 5 enjoyed our stay. Our suite was large enough and two separate rooms. We had kitchenette two queens and sofa couch. We brought a 50 x 50 inch playpen for our 1 yr old to have enough walking room. They offered a crib we just wanted to use ours. The front desk clerk Ms Amy was the best. Very helpful with navigating the town, restaurants, kid play spaces and tourist events. We stayed in 416 and it was clean and a good size. We are looking forward to staying in best western plus...

"We had a nice clean room: the bed was very comfortable. We loved the gym, hot tube and pools. Only downside is the neighborhood, there was a dispensary across the street with some shady people. The property was very secure however."

"Room was nice. Staff was okay. Had to wait 15 minutes to check in, no one was at the desk. I am traveling with my 87 year old mother and having breakfast on site is one of the amenities I want. They advertise "free breakfast "!! There wasn't. Coffee and prepackaged muffins was it. Oh, and vending machines. Asked about it and my answer was, " I don't know. You need to talk to the manager. " I was not happy. I will not stay there again."

"The exterior door to the parking lot wouldn't allow scan access which was inconvenient. The elevator made horrible screeching noises at the 3rd floor stop which was concerning. Breakfast was great. The fridge and AC in the room both got very cold which was fabulous, but sadly the fridge had no freezer compartment. Beds were comfortable. The "closet" was sad. It was simply a shelf, and hooks with clothes hangers, hidden behind a curtain. "
