The rooms were comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. A special thank you to Mayra Perez at the front desk for her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help with our reservation. Her excellent customer service made a big difference and was greatly appreciated. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Hotel Santa Rita to anyone visiting Zacatecas.
