"Wonderful property, good breakfast and very clean. Finding the property arriving after dark was very difficult. Also Expedia had not forwarded the instructions for access to property in time. Luckily another guest let us in and put us in contact with Mattias to get the codes for our room and front door. "Excellent.

"Beautiful private Chalets with beautiful lake annecy view from the balcony. Walkable distance to the lake. The room was clean and the amenities were great although some rooms only had bathtubs that are not fully enclosed. Breakfast was delicious and eggs are made to order. Thanks to Cécilia who made us feel extra welcomed and she made really good coffees!"
