"On the evening we arrived there was no running water in the hotel. Next morning when switched on we found that the toilet was leaking. Which we reported, the shower head was lime scaled so water didn't run properly, door lock broke on the second day. Which they replaced but toilet was still leaking. Door handle broke on third day and toilet was still leaking. Needless to say we were not happy! They moved us to a new room for our remaining stay. " We loved the location, room was modern and clean. Lacked not having a choice of black tea in room only given green tea. I did ask for black tea but green tea left again. Very disappointed . As black tea was used for breakfast. Fancy Japanese tea pot at table water was not hot enough to brew a cup of tea as hot water obviously heated the tea pot , and the water was not hot for tea cup then. Best to use a basic tea pot. Staff at reception could be more welcoming. "
