"The hotel staff are courteous and attentive. Lobby and dining room welcoming and efficient. Food was good. The housekeeping is outstanding. Our cleaners were excellent and accommodating. This is a bus tour hotel and the tours are well managed and guests add lively vibe to dining room.
The swimming pool which is a huge asset, needs refurbishment. The liner is loose in places and water quality only adequate. It was closed for 1.5 days of 4 night stay. Biggest problem was pool ladder (one step...

"Everything was top notch; and Angel was amazing to deal with. They offered an excellent breakfast; and were top notch in accommodating and attending to all our needs. The rooms were delightful; and the stay was awesome! Would love to stay again next time. Plenty of restaurants and shopping near by. Fantastic!"
