"Check-in procedure was a nightmare. After an hour of trying and failing to make the self-check in work, I was lucky to see an employee of the hotel and banged on a window to get their attention, or I might have been sleeping in my car that night. Hotel is down a dirt road past a junk yard and seemed really sketchy. Absolutely terrible experience - stay away!"

"No staff and problems with online check in, even at site. No one there to assist. Room was clean and basic. No amenities, had to go 4 blocks to find a shop w toothbrush. No shuttle to airport and no one to help get a taxi. If you need absolutely no help it’s a nice site for the price, otherwise, chose different places"

"The pre check in process is impossible to navigate on a mobile phone, thankfully the host helped at the last minute with the door access details. My room was booked as a double bed, it had 2 single beds, which is not great considering my height.
