"Stayed in one of the outer buildings. Room was beautiful...very clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioner worked well, but was a bit noisy. Main reason for losing a star was the poor continental breakfast. Very small selection of items."

"I have already opened a case with Expedia and have not heard back- I contacted the hotel directly Hello, I have arrived at the property and am disappointed to find that it does not match the listing photos or description. The accommodations appear significantly more worn and less clean than represented online. In addition, I did not receive the check-in instructions with the access code, and when I rang the bell for assistance, the hostess was rude and dismissive. Because there are no alternative accommodations available in the area tonight, we are staying for one night only. However, I want to document these concerns immediately and request that this matter be reviewed. Please note that we do not consider the property to be as advertised I have photos documenting the condition of the property and can when we arrived rang the bell Pamela answered the door , very perturbed and asked me if I received the code which was in a text from Expedia. I said i didn't see it, then she briskly asked me what room i was in - there are only 4 rooms as you know and she had my name it was a very unwelcome welcome the bathtub the baseboards and dust in the hallways the description We stayed one night due to lack of availability elsewhere . right after I told her how unhappy I was, I told her we would be checking out on Sunday- U was not told I was going to be charlged for the whole reservation so i booked elsewhere and paid in advance thank you Robyn Glaser Booked through Expedia"
