We reserved a cabana for the day (the deposit can be used for food/drink on the aqua terrace), which is a must for a group. Everyone raved about their massages! The steam room and sauna were great, and the relaxation room was incredible."

"We could hear the sound from the hallway and from next door very clearly when we stayed there. We arrived around 1:40pm which was 1 and 20 minutes earlier than 3pm official check in time and was charged $25 for early check in. The room was already available but the staff told us we either coming back 1 hour later or we pay $25 for early check in which was nonsense . I booked the hotel through expedia but the hotel staff told me their record shows my reservation booked directly from them. Not sue...

"The New Paltz Hampton Inn is a very nice property for the price. Very clean. Decent beds/pillows. Nice personnel throughout - at the desk and also those I met in the elevator! Good (and included) breakfast. I would recommend a stay here if you need a place to stay around New Paltz."

"I called the front desk to get a change of beddings and new towels after a day there with 3 small children. The front desk lady told me no and their rooms is cleaned every other day. That wasn’t nice at all."

"This is an adorable inn located a very short walking distance from downtown Kingston. The rooms are beautifully maintained and still have a lot historical charm to them. The room comes with parking but there are plenty of good restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hosts are helpful and responsive. Everything is well labeled and maintained. We had a lovely time and hope the come back soon."

"Fantastic location across the street from Roosevelt library and home. Friendly staff accommodated our early arrival. Full breakfast included, as well as refrigerator microwave and coffee maker in the room. We appreciated the outdoor picnic table. Only small complaint was that Lighting in the room was very dim, so it was not inviting to spend time there. Eveready diner, two blocks away was absolutely spectacular! We would absolutely stay here again."

"The lobby smells GREAT, especially by the elevators. This was my second time staying here. I asked the front desk to change a $20 bill so I could give a tip to the housekeeping staff, and they said they didn’t have change (nor did the restaurant)! I’ve never heard of that. I felt terrible to not give the housekeepers a tip (they deserve it and work hard). Bed is comfortable, pillows are great, shower is good too (and toilets have jet-flush)."
