"Brand new facility so everything was extremely clean. Restaurant didn’t have any seating available 5-6:30 and we were there for concert so sat at the bar for quick bite and one of the best margaritas I’ve had. Wish the outside bar had tables to sit and eat at vs lounge chairs. Vallet folks were excellent."

"The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. In particular, the valet staff were great. They were working hard and still managed a smile and welcoming attitude. Also, the bartenders in "By George" treated us very well while we enjoyed a cocktail and a meal."

"Element was a pleasant surprise!! Very spacious clean rooms and the hotel was easy to access! Parking is costly but we budgeted for it, so it wasn't an issue. Breakfast was a hit and quite cozy. This will be my go to spot for future ATL endeavors!!"

"We enjoyed being conveniently located downtown near the volleyball venue. The hotel offered amenities that allowed for anything we needed. The staff was always looking to assist us and we felt very safe."

"The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. All of the staff was friendly and helpful, the front desk, cleaning staff and and valets. The hotel restaurant had good food. I didn't like having to switch elevator on the 2nd floor to get to the 3rd floor."

"Nice hote in a convenient location. It could use a cosmetic update but it's clean and well maintained. The staff is eager to please and friendly. Breakfast was great! There's free coffee in the bar area. Multiple parking options nearby if you don't want to valet with the hotel. Would stay at the Glenn again and would recommend to family and friends!"

"We checked in as a bus load of students arrived and were told due to a convention, our room we originally reserved was not available. Our check in agent Julie quickly worked to find us another room and held our luggage while it was quickly prepared. We enjoyed a drink at the bar in the beautiful lobby and Julie called within 20 minutes to say the room was ready. Excellent service on a very chaotic day for their staff."

"During my stay, I noticed an important issue with the air conditioning. At night, the system seems to turn off automatically too frequently, which causes it to take a long time to turn back on. As a result, the room becomes quite warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. In contrast, during the day the air conditioning stays on longer and is able to keep the room cool without any problems. It would be advisable to check the system’s settings or operation during the night to ensure a consistent...
