Breakfast was very good and staff were nice and helpful, especially Zoey. Room was nice, clean and had everything to make the guests comfortable including iron, ironing board, scale, bathrobes etc. Highly recommended.

Excellent city hotel

There are two buildings and it’s wasn’t obvious which one was reception we also later in the day encountered another couple with the same issue but apart from that we had a fabulous stay rooms were beautifully decorated spotlessly clean I would deffo recommend a stay here

Well worth considering.

I would stay again as it is modern and clean and new and location is very convenient. However the room safe was installed too high .

Excellent apart from the uncontrollable bathroom radiator. Dried the towels fast, but Net Zero not in sight. Everything else was great and Marios at Reception was extremely helpful.

I was informed by the hotel what our room numbers we had been given and where the card for the room was to be left , on arrival there was another client in room 204 who we disturbed at around 1 am who informed us that he had been given room 204 because his room was not ready when checked in we then went to the room that he should have had and found the door pass . I was never informed of the change. Poor service

Ei henkilöä hotellilla, kun piti sisäänkirjautua. Avaimien saanti vaati monta puhelua ja se kesti. Huoneemme parvekkeella ei voinut olla, koska alakerran ravintolan paistokäryt tulivat suoraan parvekkeellemme ja oli kamala haju. Näköala oli myös kamala umpio (kuva). Aamulla palohälytys, mutta poistumisreitit puuttuivat huoneesta. Menimme ulos, mutta ketään henkilökuntaa ei tullut paikalle ohjeistamaan tai kertomaan tilanteesta. Jos ei pidetä henkilökuntaa niin asioiden pitäisi toimia digitaalisesti.
