They bent over backwards to help me move my luggage, store my luggage and one girl even helped me move my luggage to the next block to my awaiting Taxi – how wonderful is that? "We had a very nice experience staying at Pestana. From check in to check out was all effortless. We arrived at the hotel hours before our check in but when I asked if we could do an early check in before we came all the way from another country and different time zone. Daniella did not hesitate to accommodate us. She put us on priority list. It did not take 10 minutes from walking she called us and told us our room is ready. Room was clean and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine. Very satisfied with their service and will definitely book at this hotel again. Keep up the good work "

"The property is well situated, spotless, comfortable and the staff and breakfast were very good. There aren't any fancy facilities but well equipped gym for a quick work out for the day. Usual hairdryer, toiletries provided. Room cleaned every day and beds and towels replaced. Only one small thing is the rooms aren't huge but its a city break so perfectly adequate."

"Perfect location for my first trip to Lisbon. My room was big with the balcony overlooking Equine Cosmopolitans rooftop terrace You can walk to superb restaurants and wine bars within 5 minutes. The location is 1 mile from the cruise port and a quick Uber 5 or 6 miles to the airport. The staff was very helpful and accommodating, Bruno the hotel bartender recommended numerous restaurants and wine bars 🍸 in the area, he is a top notch mixologist! "
