"The staff were very very nice. I had a suite, and the room was huge, with separate sitting area with sofa, chairs, coffee table and tv..plus tv in bedroom area.
The bed was crazy high up…if I hadn’t brought a step stool, I couldn’t have gotten in it. The mattress was too firm, and the top cover was scratchy. My family had an ADA room. That’s what I would get in future to have a bed that is a normal height.
Breakfast costs extra. It was pretty good, but we were sad there was no waffle maker! We ate elsewhere our second day.
We didn’t use the pool but it looked very inviting!
I don’t like that they only clean and service rooms every other day. Yes, I reuse my towels and things generally, but for the price paid, and the reason I love a hotel, is having a housekeeping fairy come every day."
