"The location of the property is a bit "forlorn" at night, but during the day you can walk to the Reading Terminal Market--a gastronomical paradise--as well as the Convention Center and City Hall. The rooms was plenty decent, the bathroom modern and clean, the bed comfortable, and plenty of room to work at the desk if you were so inclined. Adequate closet space and an in-room safe. Friendly staff. No complaints."

"This is the second time we’ve stayed here for a family vacation and love how clean and big the rooms are. The staff has always been friendly. We feel the area is super safe. The only complaint was this time our room was on the second floor just past the lobby’s grand entrance (they have a balcony overseeing the lobby which is shown in their hotel pictures). And with that, we could hear EVERY WORD FROM EVERYONE in the lobby no matter what time. This kept us and our child up late in the evenings and even woke us up at night, and then woke us up early morning. Cause you could hear everyone checking in and out, as well as the staff at the front desk. Clear as day. That honestly partially ruined the trip due to our exhaustion."
