"The check-in staff was friendly but found out at checkout that they had billed me incorrectly. It was corrected. The property and room condition were average. Showed considerable wear. Bathroom could have been cleaner. It’s little things that make guests feel welcome. For example, the bedside clock was not set correctly and was hours off.
