"Our stay was wonderful. We had brunch at the facility and our waitress was attentive and delightful. The food was fantastic and it was a great stay - all around!! It’s my favorite place in the Tri-Cities!"

"This is a good value property. Nothing fancy, but room was clean and appeared to have been recently upgraded so condition was above average. Bed and linens were also well above average."

"The room had other people’s hair on the desk, in the shower and on the entrance floor. I just have the feeling that the rooms are not vacuumed or cleaned well between visitors and I find that to be disgusting. Also I could hear everything the guy next door was doing. Pretty sad for the amount of money we pay for a room."

"The guy at the front was really nice, helpful and clean. The rest of the experience was a 0 star. Absolutely filthy. Nothing was cleaned. The beds you can tell was not turned down. I wouldn’t stay here unless it was the last place on earth. Which unfortunately in the area that night it was. Never again"

"The beds were comfortable. The full size refrigerator was very nice. It needed another chair to sit on. There was only 1 bar of soap so we had to buy something for the shower. Also has to but dish washing soap to clean the dishes that were provided. The dishes were a nice touch but if you plan on using the cooking area you have to bring your own pot/pan/utensils. It would be nice to know ahead of time. Also, though it says they provide a hair dryer, you have to ask for one at the front...

"The rooms smelled bad like ass or something.. had to buy lysol which only helped a little.. its more of a rest stop place or a place if you have a pet..The staff was very accommodating and nice though"

"We didn’t stay there due to the false advertisement, hotel is terrible! Not clean and the rooms smells really bad like cigarettes."

"Down side:Poorly maintained landscaping, broken window screens, chipping paint everywhere outside, litter in the parking lot, filmy windows, wrinkled carpets, restaurant closed permanently, staff helpful, but curt. Pool was dead center of the building, where swimmers would be on display by all-not relaxing. Upside: clean room, comfortable bed, adequate and clean shower."
