"We were told several times from 2:00- 6:00pm we could check in within 1/2 hour. Every time they told us the room was not ready. This was for a corner suite and an adjacent room. Very expensive. There were no cups . No amenities in the bathroom. Terrible customer service. I will never book this hotel again. Room service arrived in brown paper bags like for take out. And it was over $200. Awful."

"I liked that it was close to the Redmond Town Square and 60 Acres Fields.
Our room had zero toiletries, the refrigeraytor was warm, the floor was dirty and the soaps in the shower were empty. Parking and Wi-Fi were also expensive.
I emailed 2 different people 4 separate times with a question with ZERO response!!"
