Hotel Red Roof Inn di Richmond Hill

"Room smelled like smoke. Mold under the sink. Pull out bed visible stains and sheets not even changed. Food debris/hair etc in drawers so don't use those either. If we didn't have our dog we would have left."

"Overall, hotel was okay. Front desk staff was rude. Pool wasn't super clean. No clean pool towels available until asked."

"The bathroom door was filthy with paint coming off and chipped wood. The mirror wasn't clean. The dispensers were empty of the shower gel and shampoo. Only 3 pillows for a King size bed. They only give a bag for ice without the canister. The bag leaked. Not a place that you want to stay."

"The housekeeping is awful. My room smelled of mild dew. My bed was not clean. I slept on top of their covers & brought my own. As I’m checking out looking for my things I turn the covers back & there were stains on the other side of the bed. I broke out in a rash."
