The staff was really non present and not outgoing to talk to. The lobby was not clean and had trash laying around. For a non smoking hotel the whole hotel smelled of smoke. The room was clean enough but the floors had not been deep cleaned and right after the shower walking around my feet were black again and i had to wipe in bed just to be clean to go to sleep. Will not stay here again.

Place was very clean, room was luxurious with plenty of space, I felt like I hit a jackpot. Unfortunately, there was a limit on nearby restaurants, but that's not the hotel's fault. When I turned on the tv, it couldn't provide me with any channel info so that didn't help me figure out what to watch, but as I had my laptop and tablet, that didn't matter

The main hallway carpet was filthy. Looked like it had not been vacuumed in quite awhile. From gummy bears to tooth pick-floss… the front desk gentleman was not welcoming or friendly in the least. He acted like he wanted to be anywhere other than there. There was no coffee maker in the room although there were K-Cups set out. I moved the chaise lounge to get to an outlet and when I did I found plastic rose petals (not mine) under it so I guess the rooms aren’t swept/vacuumed either. Breakfast was an absolute joke. Mystery meat sausage links, weird looking “eggs”, yogurt from a dispenser… no thanks. Very little bread options (no bagels) and everything just seemed gross. I’d rather of stayed at a quality inn or comfort inn for around the same price.

We were told that it would cost them extra money. We were not told clearly if it was a corporate policy or just local policy for this particular motel.

Room was dusty, very dusty, the tissue box plastic cover shows months or years of dust stock on it. Bathtub had mold on the calked area that could have easily been clean with a good scrub and cleaner (like bleach for example) it just needs some attention.

The room was decent overall, but I did notice quite a bit of wear and tear that could use some attention. The woman who checked us in was friendly and welcoming, which made a great first impression. However, when I went downstairs to get an additional key, the new staff member did not make eye contact and acted annoyed, which was disappointing. The location of the hotel was not what I had anticipated, as it is surrounded by car dealerships, which made the area feel less inviting. Additionally, I felt somewhat uneasy about the ambiance and the behavior of some individuals both outside and within the hotel, leading me to prevent my 16-year-old daughter from using the gym. While I understand this hotel isn't a five-star establishment, I expected a sense of safety and comfort that was lacking. I would rate my experience 2 stars; however, I want to emphasize that the warm welcome from the check-in staff stood out positively amidst the challenges. If improvements are made regarding security and the condition of the facilities, I believe the hotel could greatly enhance its guests' experience.

Room was ok- not too clean. Kept finding hairs near the phone, on the bed. In the bathroom. Bathroom was extremely small. Breakfast was fine. Staff was very nice

We got to hotel an hour earlier than planned. Front desk said we had to wait until 3 oclock. There 5 other guests in the same predicament, waiting to check-in. Room was a handicapped room, did not request it, #136. It took 20 minutes to get hot water for shower. Waste of energy. 2 towels and 2 washcloths. No hand towels. Breakfast in morning was not up to usual standards. We have stayed here numerous times. Will rethink whether we stay here again.

The room was small but good and expected. The floors weren’t the cleanest, but everything else was as expected. Also, the water pressure wasn’t very strong. The included breakfast was really good and the staff were friendly.

The room was overall dirty. floors were sticky and not thoroughly cleaned. breakfast was not so good and light was flickering in the breakfast area.
