Overall, our stay at Fairfield Inn & Suites was good. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel itself was nice and well maintained. The only downside was the evening front desk staff. When I called to ask for extra towels the night we arrived, I was told I needed to come down to get them myself, which was a little disappointing. The morning front desk staff was amazing. She was friendly, helpful, and truly went above and beyond—even offering to take a family photo for us on my phone, which meant a lot. Her customer service really stood out and made up for the earlier experience. Breakfast was good, but it could have had a few more choices. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with room for improvement in evening customer service and breakfast variety.

Super clean, renovated this past May. Staff was all super friendly and helpful. Food at breakfast was actually really good. Parking easy with no hidden cost. Lots of food options nearby and nicer dining options within a ten minute drive. Perfect stop for our road trip from CT to SC. Would DEF stay here again.

The staff at this location were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the pack and play we used was in great condition. Breakfast was also great both mornings we were there. The beds were a little worn and uncomfortable but our only real complaint was the indoor pool. We were really hoping to use it more, but it was freezing.
