"Room was clean, breakfast was good. But they didn’t put enough coffee in the rooms for four people and always made excuses about why they couldn’t give more."

"Bathroom was dirty and there was no hot water. Water was lukewarm the first night by the next night it was freezing cold and shower knob got stuck and we were unable to turn off the water. Maintenance came to fix it and turned off the water but unfortunately the water never got warm. On top of that we were awoken at 1am and 4 am with fire alarms without any explanation or addressing the issues. I wanted to check out after the first night but since I booked through a third party website the front desk offered no assistance and referred me to the website who never cancelled the booking. Luckily we had other friends in town who allowed us to stop by and use their shower. Terrible experience. Never again."

"Close to everything in Branson. Lots to do on site, although we did not use any of the amenities. The place was filled with families & kids, so it was a little noisy during the day around the main center of things but quiet by our room & no noise at night. It was shady, clean & well kept. We did not have the kids with us but would definitely stay here again with family. Bonus: No time-share sales pitch"

"Our room was clean and comfortable. The hairdryer didn't work but desk staff provided a new replacement in a timely manor. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. Breakfast area was immaculate and attendant was very contentious. There was a problem with loud music and a barking dog that was handled professionally and timely by site staf. Swimming pool and hot tub area was clean, well lit adequate towels and lounge furniture. Hot tub temperature was fine. Experience would be enhanced if there was ability to adjust volume and pressure of water jets. Since we travel with our dog, a 70lb black lab, the exterior is probably more important to us than most guests. We were disappointed by the condition of the "courtyard" area. The grass was tall needing badly to be cut. While our room was clean and comfortable, public areas clean and in good repair, staff friendly and accommodating the lack of attention to exterior amenities would weigh significantly into if we would visit again. "

"It is an older facility they are trying to keep up. Our room was a handicapped roll in shower room. They had made over the bathroom but should have put an additional floor drain in outside of the actual shower, and a longer tube on the hand-held shower head, as well as a holder closer to the height of the horizontal grab bar for it. Staff were friendly and handled our issues quickly and with a smile. The breakfast was okay we only got there a couple of times during our stay. It was the basics - scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, 1 waffle maker, cereal, juice, milk, canned fruit mixed together in a bowl in the fridge, bread, bagels, English muffins 1 - 4 slice toaster."
