Hotel Red Roof Inn di Ridgefield Park

"I needed to book a stay last minute, and this Red Roof Inn was convenient, local and affordable. To be fair, my expectations were low due to the circumstances, and I was very pleasantly surprised. Other reviews have stated that the decor is dated, and it's true, it has a 70's vibe, but this inn was super clean, the staff was friendly, helpful & accommodating, the internet was free (and it worked!) as did everything else in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the linens were spotless. ...

"I asked the night manager for a pillow because the King bed only came with three pillows his answer was I had to wait til the morning for room service. I never heard that before. The next day I get back to my room and the pillow was never left behind by room service. I went to the manager to address the issue again. This time he was able to get me a pillow, not sure why he couldn’t do this the first night. I had to sleep uncomfortable the first night."
