The hotel was beautiful and clean with easy parking located in a gated area. Our sparsely decorated room had 2 balconies with one overlooking the beach, which is a short walking distance from the hotel.

Very modern, very clean, well located on the beach, decent room albeit a bit small but nevertheless well Appointed. No tea or coffee facilities provided. Good buffet at breakfast.

Front beach property, great location with restaurants and stores. New or just remodeled property. Internet was the only thing was not great.

The hotel looks fresh and it is situated right between the main coastal road and the boardwalk. The beach looks great, it is well kept. A day’s rental for two sun beds and an umbrella is 18€. Our room (fito suite 226) had a firm double bed in one room and a fold-out couch in the other. There is a small balcony that fits only one adult. The airconditioner is not strong enough to keep it really cool, better to open the windows at night to let the sea breeze in. There wasn’t too much noise at night, it was the garbage truck that mostly woke us up at 7am. There’s no coffee or tea facility in the room. We asked for an iron but the hotel would not provide it. Breakfast is nice enough, although there could be a line for the coffee machine! The sound of moving chairs in the breakfast room can be heard throughout the hotel, it’s not soundproof. There are a lot of shops, restaurants, coffee and gelato shops around. It is a very touristy area. Local bus line 11 stops close by, it’s a ten minute walk to the nearest Metromare express bus stop.

Front desk staff tolerates rather than welcoming guests. Militant-like behaviour by reception staff. The exchange seemed very forced and not natural. Hotel has no irons, apparently due to security/safety. One has no almost force an ironing service which is only available at a charge. Hotels in Pyongyang/North Korea have irons in the room! A 4 star hotel expecting its guests to not have access to ironed clothing. Hardly 3 stars. Pool closed, not heated. This is not advertised on the website. Breakfast options are very poor. Juice is not fresh but from package and full of sugar. Terrible buffet. Skip it all together and enjoy brekfast outside. The suite is advertised as two areas with seperate sitting room on hotel photos. Clearly there is a corridor connecting to the bedroom. Yet, the 'suite' given was small with the bed almost by the entrance door. Great location by the beach. The lady in the restaurant was very friendly. I was called four times by the hotel on the day of check out to remove the car and settle a 50 Euro charge for ironing and parking. They have a card on file for a reason. Again, reception staff tolerates guests. There is no warm welcome feeling of 'home away from home'. Overall a hardly three star experience. If you visit Rimini, spend a bit more and stay at the Grand Hotel. A ten min walk away.

We visited in August, the hotel is conveniently placed next to the beach and close to all amenities, the room was comfortable and very clean, the breakfast had many options to choose from and the staff were welcoming. To earn a higher rating, the WiFi could have been better, it is intermittent in the rooms, the air con seemed to be turned off at times and not as cool as we would have liked in the height of season and it would be good if tea/coffee could be available in the rooms. All in all though we enjoyed our stay and would consider returning if we were in the area.

Olimme tässä hotellissa ensimmäistä kertaa ja meillä oli kaksi huonetta. Molemmat huoneet olivat siistejä ja erittäin mukavia! Henkilökunta on poikkeuksellisen ystävällistä ja avuliasta! Veldig fornøyd med oppholdet. Grei frokost, gåavstand til alt vi ville se, veldig nært stranden med eget område. Ene dagen hadde vi problemer med mye bråk på grunn av feil på heisen. I løpet av noen timer hadde personalet flyttet oss til et nytt rom og kompensert oss for dette, veldig god service og hyggelig personale. Grei størrelse på rommene, aircondition fungerte som den skulle.
