"Unfortunately, we found ticks in the room, and one of them got caught near my wife’s ear. Thankfully, we were able to remove it, but it was a very uncomfortable and concerning experience—especially when traveling with family and children.
The hotel staff mentioned they would review the situation and refunded one night, which we appreciate. However, the overall experience left us worried. We also noticed that the bed sheets were not completely clean, which may have contributed to the issue.
