"Room is outdated, had a roach. Bathroom doesn't have shampoo (they told me i have to request them).The main door has to be pull hard to closed. Pool is beautiful and you can walk to the beach. But it need a lot of upgrades."

"Clean room and staff were great! Such a wonderful area and so close to everything. My only complaint was the surprise $100 fee aside from security deposit when checking in and the shower wasn’t the greatest. All that aside, great experience!"

"The room was very dirty and had bugs. We had to call administration to send someone to clean it up. First night we lost power and AC or hot water was not available. Even tho customer service on the phone was good I would never book with them again. It ruined our first time in PR."
