"At checkin, system was down and we did not get the room we paid for. This was corrected by Frontdesk later that evening. Hotel has huge windows with amazing views but in June (summer) the hotel becomes a furnace. The room and public areas were just too hot for our comfort. There are no airconditioned rooms or areas in the hotel and we could not excape the heat other than go back in our car and drive around. "Overall, the hotel is a nice place. However a neighboring business plays loud drum music all night (literally until 7am). Occurs every night and makes it impossible to sleep. Surprised that a hotel that is so pricey doesn’t include breakfast. When I asked, they told me I was cheap and didn’t pay for breakfast (literally using those insulting words) although that wasn’t an option when I booked. Finally, WiFi is very slow (< 5mb). Nice enough place but not worth the premium price. Angostura isn’t that great either. "
