La ubicación del hotel es excelente. Por fuera de eso ninguno de los servicios alcanza una excelente evaluación: pésima internet, camas imposibles para el descanso, el balcón en malas condiciones de mantenimiento e higiene, la pileta del tamaño de un jacuzzi… La atención del personal muy buena. Pero realmente el hotel tiene mucho por mejorar y resolver. Recomiendo la zona, pero no los servicios de este hotel.

O hotel está localizado em uma região excelente, com muitas opções de bares, restaurantes e super próximo à praia do Leblon. A limpeza e a hospitalidade dos funcionários também é um ponto forte do hotel. Entretanto, ainda que tenha sido reformado, os quartos carregam aparência antiga. Além disso, poderia oferecer maior diversidade no café da manhã, além de o bar do lounge não ficar aberto.

Ao chegarmos no primeiro dia, o ar-condicionado do quarto apresentava mau cheiro e um ruído muito alto. Informamos a recepção, porém a única solução oferecida foi a troca para um quarto de categoria superior mediante pagamento adicional de R$ 2.000 por diária. Após três noites reclamando diariamente e solicitando ao menos o reparo do ar-condicionado, fomos transferidos para outro quarto da mesma categoria. Embora esse novo quarto não apresentasse problemas no ar-condicionado, o vaso sanitário estava entupido. Solicitamos o reparo por três vezes, mas não fomos atendidos. Em resumo, apesar da excelente localização do hotel, o atendimento deixa muito a desejar. Sempre que dependemos da equipe para resolver algum problema, ficamos sem suporte. Tivemos noites ruins, principalmente devido ao barulho, o que comprometeu significativamente nossa estadia.
