Rio Verde hotel guide. Great Wolf Lodge hotel in Rio Verde, Arizona

"Good."

"Beds were clean and bathroom is clean, but I took pictures of every other surface in this room which had the glass rings of coffee as well as red wine and water! I went downstairs to show the staff the pictures and they said to go back in the morning and complain to management. When I went to check out in the morning, there was no management available. So here’s my complaint. I wasn’t overly upset about this, but I wanted the hotel to be aware that your Housekeeping did not clean every surface in the room other than making the bed and cleaning the bathroom."

"Breakfast was good. It was missing fresh fruit, and the waffle mix but I wasn’t gonna have either one anyway our room was very clean. We just needed to stay overnight from a long trip.."

"It was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. Was disappointed we never received the picture we took at check in…they said it would be sent via email but we never received it. "

"The villas are the way to go! So spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for the family. Full kitchen which was nice to have and also the large living room."
