Hotel murah di Rio Verde

"Thebdoor barely latched. The ice machine was broken. The manager tried to overcharge me when her new desk clerk deleted my reservation instead instead of checking me in. The front desk ecen said it was their fault and the manger said too bad, you need to pay a higher price because we lost your reservation. After the run around and horrible treatment from the manager, the owner was finally called. I wasted so much time with my family to be mistreated and it ruined our trip. Will not stay there...

"The property was ok. Small hotel. Says online that it is pet friendly but its not, sign by front office No pets allowed bit heard dogs barking. Have to ask for pool towels and for sofa bed blankets. Was just ok .... "

"Recent remodel but details left undone. No ledge in the shower. No toilet paper holder. No closet rod. Close but no cigar."

"The property is clean and new. Very basic, minimalist. No pots or pans because "they disappear" per staff but I was directed to a store to buy pots and pans. No ice machine as the in room fridges have them, but ours did not work. A/C was fine. There is no pool, and I missed that in the property listing. My fault, but it is worth noting in Phoenix/Mesa."

"Good breakfast bar—better than most An issue that affected my overall rating: I accidentally left my hearing aid charger in the room. We called to have it mailed. The desk clerk expressed little interest or concern for this request, and it has not been sent. This item is of no value to anyone else, but it will cost me $270.00 to replace it. I am disappointed that the staff didn’t take the time to locate and mail this charger to me."

"I’ve never been charged $16 per night to park in a 1/3 full parking lot. I’ll take our business elsewhere. We’ve traveled through 30 plus States in the last couple of years. Hilton group is the worst. Beware of their undisclosed charges. I’ll stick with the Wyndham group and Best Western Plus."
