"Blindsided.
We all know how expensive travel is and if you're like me you want to pay everything up front or as much as you can to enjoy you trip and throw your cares to the wind for the duration.
My family and I have been coming here every year since 2019, sometimes twice a year.
Imagine my surprise when I check in a realize that i have to pay for parking. Why is this upsetting- first, because it's new and I was unaware.
Second, it's per vehicle, so that was a $300 expense that I didn't expect...

"We would absolutely would stay at this lovely place again.
First class kitchen and appliances, contemporary, thoughtful decor, best views of the sunrise ever from all spaces (even the bedroom!).
Fountain Hills and Maricopa County trails were close by and made for super exploring close to home."

"Location was great. The property was clean. Received great communication from the manager.
The kitchen was sparsely equipped. Great fridge and stove, very minimal in utensils, and kitchen towels. There was no need for the large wine fridge for short-term rental.
The bathroom did not have safety features in the tub/shower areas. No non-skid strips, and safety handles were missing. Towels and linens were plentiful.
The laundry equipment was fine, just the sliding barn doors made the transfer...
