The chair we had put in the room was for an elderly gentleman who requested a recliner to sleep in due to having COPD he could not sleep in the bed, and we used what we had to help him and put blankets on it and fixed it up for him because our guest comfort is the up most important to us , It should have been removed after but we were busy and just forgot , we are waiting on the arrival of our new recliners and new furniture any day now. Our housekeepers do an amazing job and often get praised by our guest how clean everything is, we have never had any trouble with spiders at all or any bugs as we have ORKIN come in every month for preventive measures. I absolutely hate bugs especially spiders and I wouldn't even come in the building if we had a bug issue. I hope you will come back again.

Thank you for staying with us, I am sorry u felt unsafe, but I can assure you that this is a safe hotel. we lock the doors at 11:00pm so you can only get in through the lobby and we also have cameras everywhere outside and inside. we have never had a safety issue; I have lived here for over 50 years and our little town is a nice safe place to stay. I also when traveling want to feel safe so i do understand how you feel.

I had my Maintenace man check for the leak, and we did not find any issue just some water on the floor from the shower be used. He will keep checking it to make sure there is no leaks. thank you for the praise for our front desk clerk, our staff is very helpful and friendly.

We have never had any kind of problem with safety at our hotel so I'm not sure what you are talking about being unsafe here, we have families that stay here often and come back all the time when traveling. We have a lot of church organizations, school field trips, and we have never had a problem. We are very strict here with safety and also cleanliness. Once again, I'm sorry you feel like this, and I wish you would've come to the front office or me (the General Manager) and we would have been happy to help.

Thank you for staying with us, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I did go and check the bed and it was not Broken; the mattress was just off the rails, so it was a quick fix. In the future if you have an issue, please come let us know and we can get it fixed immediately. A continental Breakfast is usually a small but wide variety of breakfast items, I'm sorry you did not find anything you liked. We offer Chocolate and Blueberry Muffins, assorted Danishes, Super Doughnuts, Bagels, Bread, assorted cereals corn flakes, froot loops, Apple Jacks, Rasin Bran, fruity pebbles, chocolate pebbles etc. We also offer Warm Oatmeal, fresh fruit Apples and Bananas. Assorted Low fat Yogurt, Fruit mix cups. Coffee, Tea, Bottled water, Apple Juice, Orange Juice and Hot chocolate with marshmallows, I'm sorry we did not have a single thing you liked we try to please everyone.

Thank you for staying with us, I am glad you slept well.We have a great staff and always strive to have a super clean and safe place to stay. As for the smoking, We are a nonsmoking hotel strictly and I fine a person 250.00 for smoking in our rooms. usually, we do not have a issue but there are always going to be rule breakers unfortunately. Please always let the front desk know if you smell smoke because if we are not aware of the problem then we cannot fix it... and I absolutely do not tolerate smoking in the building.

I do believe you stayed during the ladybug and stink bug swarms, it is so hard to keep them out of any houses and buildings even with special efforts from ORKIN. We have Orkin in our hotel every month for preventive Maintenace and have never had any trouble with any bugs just those crazy lady bugs lol. We have recently got rid of those chairs, we are waiting on the new ones ordered to arrive any time, please come stay with us again.
