"Wonderful experience at the Preston. Inspite of the broken elevator the entire staff went out of their ways to make our stay top self
Danielle the front desk person helped us with our bags and each morning helped to carry breakfast to the room.
The bartender was delightful and very personable and made good driks.
Famtastic time in a great hotel. Thanks to the entire staff."

"This was our third time staying here. The rooms are clean, the property is quiet, and the view is tranquil. The only way they could be better is getting more partnerships with local businesses and advertising them to guests before their stay (e.g. an email digest) to help guide those who book early."

"Staff was so friendly ans helpful. It was nice to talk with them at different times of the day- different staff.
Parking was easy. There is a daily fee. Plenty of spaces. Close to many restaurants and shops that's walkable as well.
The public areas had great seating- comfortable sofas as well as tables and chairs. All were clean. 24 hour tea, coffee and cocoa available in the downstairs area, as well as fruit infused water.
Rooms were spacious and clean, as were the toilets and shower grout!...
