"My Husband Phil & I had the Best Stay. Very Quaint Hotel, just a couple of blocks from waterfront.Absolutely spotless, so many sitting areas, Coffee, tea water and ice available 24-7. Our room was spotless, decorated so well. We also had a balcony. James and all staff were so Pleasant and so accommodating. Can't wait to return for another stay. Thank you James .. Phil & Jenn"

"I enjoyed the restaurant on the property and the lovely harbor view I had also the hotel workers helped me with my luggage. I did not like that the Yoga Spa was not open and did not return phone calls promptly. I would have liked to enjoy a massage at the Yoga Spa and so would my friend. I had stayed about two years ago at Danford's and the Spa was always open for business it is unfortunate that is the not the case today."

"The rooms were exceptionally clean, and the staff was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our stay. However, the breakfast options were average and could definitely be improved. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would still highly recommend this hotel."

"Late check in was great to have. Room was very clean and smelled good as soon as we walked in. It was also an updated room which was nice. It was also in a convenient location and a safe neighborhood. The only strange thing was the bathroom door had a gap in it so it wasn’t very private but we were there one night so it wasn’t a big deal."

"This property is so awesome! Adorable cottages, not very big, but sufficient. We were 2 couples, and we managed. Very quaint an comfortable. Services were provided if asked. They give you everything you need. I may buy in or for sure go back as a guest next year. We loved it, and it's so convenient to town, restaurants, and wineries all around you."

"Firstly- really loved the hotel and will be back. Very peaceful and laid back, love that it’s dog friendly and adults only. Location is ace and just really aesthetically pleasing. Breakfast baskets are lovely, bit of variety and real milk would be nice. Now the not so great stuff, the rooms are in need of some serious maintenance- especially for the price! There were fruit fly infestations in our room and my MILs who was 2 doors down and I heard someone else complain at the front desk. They are not harmful but it still unpleasant. The bathrooms were really quite unpleasant as they smelled moldy and I think the culprit is the wooden trays in the shower- ours was dark and discolored and tbh kind of gross to stand on- we had to keep the fan on and the door closed all the time or the whole room smelled foul. They need to be changed out pronto. Finally- we were there for 5 days and they never changed the sheets, housekeeping was always a quick refresh- couple of nights, no issue- but for $800 a night… come on. Hot tub needs a clean- sand scum around the tub, easy to fix. Finally the cabana bar, the snack options were dire, with no other restaurant on site that should be a priority - have some decent food for hire not chicken nuggets and frozen spring rolls. So, lots of good stuff but lots of room for improvement!"
