"Unfortunately, this was not a good experience. During my stay, the hotel was repairing its water system, which delayed access to water in the hotel's rooms. I did not receive a phone call, message, or text message about this inconvenience. Also, when I arrived at the hotel, I requested a king suite on the 4th floor. The hotel staff told me there was none available on the 4th floor after 3pm, which I found interesting. I asked how long the wait would be, and they told me half an hour. I accepted...
