"A great place to stay! The Palm suite 6 was very cute, cozy, comfortable bed and linens, updated and very clean. When we arrived, they had put on the TV a surf video with relaxing music and an atomizer with changing colours, very welcoming! There had been a small issue but both our contact and the young woman at the front desk were fully determined to resolve it. Kudos to both!! We will for sure be coming back. Highly recommend! "

"The hotel was much easier to find this time around since they have a new, visible sign. Check-in was a breeze and James at the front desk was a really nice guy. The room was just as amazing as the last time my mom and I visited. Spacious, fulll kitchen with oven, stove, fridge, microwave. We loved the oceanfront view with balcony but it was just too cold to spend much time out there. Upon leaving, there was an issue with the elevator so we had to walk down the stairs from the 8th floor, but...
