They always managed any asks I had to my satisfactory - luggage's, ordering food and transportation advices. Room was very spacious and clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel is not far from the metro station, where you can take the yellow line directly to the airport. In KAFD you can change to the blue and go to the Olaya district or National museum. Pease, be aware of that there is not cleaning...

"Friendly, helpful staff, especially the manager at the restaurant Mohammed. Would be great if the gym opened earlier as I like to gym before breakfast but it only opened from 11am. And also, the shower only had enough hot water for about 15mins and it wasn’t enough to shower my whole family. So we had to wait at least half an hour for more hot water. "
