"For real your sending me a survey? I booked 10 days prior to my stay (thru Expedia) and upon day or arrival I verified your check-in end time of 2 am because I knew it would late. When I arrived at 12:20 am I was told my reservation had been cancelled over 6 hours prior due to overbooking. Others were still coming in and their rooms were waiting on them (big concert in town) but lucky me was chosen to be cancelled. Blame was that Expedia didn’t provide contact information but you sure got my card information okay to put thru an authorization.
Hotel was sold out as of (Thursday) three days prior to arrival date so my 10 day prior reservation just didn’t make the cut. I believe it was selected because I got a good deal on price and an opportunity arose to cancel and get a better fee for room."
