"The hotel is definitely on the 'no frills' end of the spectrum, BUT it is very convenient for the motorway, the rooms are comfortable and the rural location is very peaceful. "Property was great. It was clean, staff was friendly, and it was convenient to the old part of Salamanca. The only drawback was that the area around the hotel was rather industrial."

"Localização excelente, facil acesso ao centro, fácil e seguro para estacionar o carro na rua ou adentro na garagem do Hotel. Há 02 supermercados grandes ao lado (Mercadona e Lidl). O tamanho do quarto é excelente e bem cuidado. O banheiro é grande e possui 02 chuveiros. Além de ser muito bom. Unico ponto negativo é o controle de temperatura do ar condicionado que não funciona, assim como em varios hoteis na espanha em que a temperatura é controlada de maneira central. "Hotel NH Castellanos é muito bom, atendimento nota 10, quartos muito confortáveis e café da manhã variado. Ponto de melhoria: colchões são desconfortáveis. NH deveria consultar a rede Crowne para implantar os mesmos colchões, eles são referência do bom sono proporcionado ao cliente. Façam isso, por favor. Um cliente que dorme mal não volta ao hotel."
