Do not put your card on file they will charge your card for things they make up down the line I was charged one day before I was supposed to check out for 31.04 after paying my bill fully that’s 13 days after staying here

Lady at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful I travel alot and for the price you Can't beat it My family stayed a week foe 400 and some change One of the best hotels I've seen in a while

First the hotel is A ok and I was going through a tough time, but I was safe and had plenty of time to rest. They were good and the rooms were adequate and pleasant. My only problem is that I need public transportation and they were too far from it. Otherwise they have a good laundry, a nice front lobby, good vending machines and I was never bothered. The location is pretty far south if you have business uptown or in the North of the city. However they were good to me and I recommend them.

They are ok and I've stayed on a weekend twice with them. The facility is fine. It was private, clean, neat. I get plenty of rest. They have laundry and vending machines which are helpful. I guess what I don't like is that they are really far from a bus stop and I have disability in my legs. I also got stressed this time but it's not because of them . They charge $15 for a late checkout and I don't like that. Overall they were good but I'd rather be closer to a bus stop. (It's 1/2 hours walk away).

I was kicked out of the property by woman at the desk after I had been staying there for 2 weeks after I had extended my stay there day to day which was not an issue with them for the 3 days in a row prior to the day they kicked me out. I start work at 5pm and they told me I had an hour to get out or they were calling the cops at 4pm. I explained I already booked thru the app and they cancelled my reservation and told me I had to leave. I ended up an hour and a half late for work because I had to pack up and leave the hotel. I asked to speak to the manager and they refused to let me talk to him. He was very helpful the previous days and is this no reflection a review on my interactions with him.
