"Room service wasn’t available due to low staff personnel and the restaurant closed for the same reason at 2:00 PM so we had to go outside the hotel and look for food Hotel has very few food options"

"The room was clean and bathroom was spacious. The main thing that made my stay great was the STAFF!!! EVERY FRONT DESK PERSON was excellent. They were beyond helpful and caring. I wish I knew all of their names. I would stay here again because of them!!!!"

"The hotel was beautiful , food was phenomenal and the staff were very kind and welcoming. The staff overall were absolutely fantastic! The two gentlemen at the baggage and luggage desk went above and beyond in helping my daughter and I make accommodations for a uber ride to the airport. The gentleman was even kind enough to walk us out to our car and load are bags into the car to assure we were good…. This just topped off our stay in Dallas at the Westin! Absolutely incredible and 5 stars all around for absolutely everything!"
