"The room appeared to be clean, but ended up killing a cockroach by the tv, had ants in our bathroom and our beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. I usually enjoy Best Western, but unfortunately not this trip."

"The manager tried to scam me for 100$ each night I stayed. And then kept deactivating my room keys, after each attempt to response an issue. They watch who comes in and out of your room, threatening to keep the deposit if anyone stops by whatsever."
