"Room and facilities were great. The breakfast was amazing. The shuttle was so convenient. Only issue was the shuttle fee information was sent to us the day before as 7 euros and they charged 8 euros. Nice facility and will stay there again if in the area!"

"We reserved the suite with the bathtub knowing we would love a soak after traveling. The bath took a loooong time to fill but it was worth it. One word of warning for less mobile travelers, the bed is so low that it is like a mattress on the floor. It was not a big deal for us however if you are older or have mobility challenges it could be an issue for you. We had a plumbing issue in our room however Kevin took care of it quickly and it did not negatively affect our day. Hey it's Rome....I think we have had some kind of plumbing hiccup any place we have been to there. Excellent location especially if you want to get out of the tourist spots (head up the hill). Overall, it was a great stay, and we would not hesitate to return."

"I was happy to see a restaurant on site, because I did not want to return to airport and wander about looking for food. BUT, VERY disappointed that a basket of bread was put down, and then when bill came, a charge of 8 euros for the bread was on it. THAT has been abolished in restaurants in Italy. I spent ten days in Italy, and not once at a restaurant was I charged for bread. That was the norm years ago, but not anymore. And the bread was mediocre at best. Hilton can do better. Service was slow, and the chicken dish my husband ordered was good, but exactly one small potato cut in two came with the chicken. My salad was a good portion, but the chicken dish was pathetic. Staff was friendly though, but we had to ask several times to get a beer that was ordered, and for our check."

"Rooms were clean and tidy, compact but stylish. The staff were nice and friendly. The breakfast is brilliant! The gym is in great condition and has everything you need including a nice outdoor exercise area. The pool is small but great for a quick cool down. Overall a reasonable price and the best things to see in Rome and a 20 minute walk away or a short bus or metro. We had a great time."

"Helpful and very friendly staff. A few more amenities in the rooms would be nice (kettle and tea/coffee, for example). A couple of the lifts/elevators stopped working but were fixed very quickly. Overall great place to stay and would recommend. Great location in Rome - very close (walkable) to some of the major historical attractions."
