"The room has squeaky floors. There was nothing good about this place. The coffee in the lobby area was dreadful for Italy. The room was very basic. We needed towels and they said they provide towels every 3 days. Still got them but it was ridiculous that they would say that. The site makes it seem like a nice place but it wasn’t at all"

"**Beautiful hotel, but a theft incident left us waiting for resolution** We stayed at this hotel during our trip to Rome, and I want to start by saying the property itself is truly beautiful, and the owners were warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Unfortunately, while we were out, a thief entered our daughters' room and stole jewelry worth approximately €12,000. We later learned that another room was also broken into that same night, which suggests a security gap that should concern future...

"The property is located in walking distance of everything!! A 20 minute walk can get you to every major attraction like the Vatican, Coliseum, Fontana di Trevi, etc. The staff was very accommodating and helpful and even helped us with transportation arrangements. Even though we had to go to another establishment for breakfast (wich was included) it was less than 6 minutes and it was very good."
