THAT IS NOT TRUE YOU DON'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THE MARINA,SO REALLY SHOULD NOT BE CALLED MARINA WE HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER HOTEL TO GET PARKING FOR BOAT. ALSO THE THE GUY AT THE FRONT DESK NAME TIM OLD MAN HE WAS DOWN RIGHT RUDE ,SAID WE GOT OUR ROOMS FROM THIRD PARTY,WE ASKED ABOUT PARKING FOR OUR BOAT HE SAID WE HAVE NOTHING TO ABOUT MARINA ,HE SAID WE SHOULD THOUGHT ABOUT BEFORE WE...

"Wonderful facility. Enjoyed the on site amenities. The garden was an interesting twist.Stayed in the Barn, a little tight for two people but well designed space. I would recommend if in the area."

"Motel like. Outside access to rooms, curtains leave enough room look in unless you tuck them in the door. No parking due.to trucks and construction equipment using the back space. Noise outside constantly as people walk by. Location is sub par also. Will not make this mistake again with all of the other options. Bathroom light switch is on the outside, so late night trips wake up the masses. And the pool... don't do it."

"From the entrance door to our room in terrible condition with peeling paint and dirty, damaged, to the room not being cleaned, we were disappointed in our entire experience. We did not have supplies, returned to a room that was not cleaned, and did not have any of the listed amenities. The staff person who was at the late night desk and the breakfast attendant were great. Both tried to help as much as they could."

"When we arrived people were still checking out because of the problem with the elevators. So we have to wait for the room to be cleaned. We booked a handicap room but was giving a standard room I called down to the desk and they did move us to a handicap room. The Restaurant was closed for remodeling. One of the two elevators was not working. The hallways were hot. The a/c was working in our room just fine. It could be a nice place to stay. The location is great for someone that wants to shop...

"Breakfasts were ok. Bar needs to be opened Earlier maybe 3:00. Housekeeping was sadly lacking. We stayed 5 nights. On the 3rd day we had to ask for towels and trash removal since household had not been there since check in. They came with towels and emptied trash, that’s all. Never had clean towels after that. Our, bathroom was never cleaned, no new beverage glasses provided at all. Bed never made entire stay. Informed front desk at check out. Clerk was nice and apologized."

"Room accommodations were excellent, clean, well equipped and served. Breakfast was OUTSTANDING!! It was well supplied and had a wonderful variety. The service people kept all the offering full and available. On the down side, the hotel advertised happy hour, 5-7pm, daily, but on Wednesday and Thursday of our stay, the main desk staff stated that the Happy Hour staff didn't show up. Then they just shrugged it off, as if that was a normal occurrence??"
