Property was close to everything and they responded fairly quickly when needed. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Isadora was also very helpful and such a pleasure to deal with.

Clean, bright, safe and fabulous!
I have stayed at the property twice now and have already booked in again. I love the location away from the busy hub but in a very safe and residential area still within walking distance to so much. Also located on a bus line so easy access to everywhere. The rooms are extremely clean, the kitchen well stocked, the staff very friendly. The beds are amazingly comfortable and we slept very well.

Terribile!!! Sporco e scomodo!
Ambiente sporco, io sono andata perché avevo un piccolo intervento da fare e volevo trattenermi più giorni, sono scappata! Camere fredde, il bidet non ti potevi sedere, la doccia scivolosa e scomoda, un piccione sulla finestra del bagno ci ha tenuto compagnia tutt la notte tenendoci sveglie, pareti sporche e la colazione nn l’abbiamo fatta ... biscotti imbustati, ma il miele era in barattolo ... non ho capito che senso avesse e quale fosse lq sicurezza COVID! Il prioritario disponibile, ma nn é stato abbastanza! La sera prima dell’intervento ho fatto io le pulizie, tutto qua! Le foto nn sono veritiere che pubblicano!

O quarto era ótimo, todavia o atendimento prestado não foi tão bom. Meus pais são idosos e meu pai tem problema de coração e toma remédios para coagulação do sangue. No começo da estadia a porta do banheiro do chuveiro estava solta e caiu em cima de mim, fazendo e ter varios cortes pelo corpo. Em contato com a recepção eles no primeiro momento perguntaram se eu estava bem, mas após o ocorrido em nenhum momento foram verificar com eu fui evoluindo. Me preocupa que esse vídeo tivesse caído nos meus pais.

Antes de tudo, obrigado por escolher o HOME 77 Em relação às disputas, eu queria ressaltar que: Todo o nosso equipamento está em perfeitas condições. O hóspede definiu uma queda acidental. mas na verdade o hóspede quebrou o chuveiro. porque ele violentamente abriu a porta. tornando-o bater no suporte. Por fim, aponto que o hóspede não precisou de nenhum medicamento. e que nossa equipe interveio prontamente. Home 77

Family 5 night stay
The room was a decent size for 2 adults & 2 kids with enough storage for clothes etc for the 5 days we were there. The bathroom was also a good size. The shower was mediocre, temperature and spray strength fluctuated often but it was enough to do the job. The water took ages to drain away which we did complain about but they were unable to fix it. Hairdryer was broken but got replaced the next day. A plug socket on the desk area didn’t work (forgot to mention that to the staff). Kitchen area is very basic. They have hob area but no pans to use on it. No sink to wash/clean up after yourself. Loved that we had constant supply of bottled water,milk and juice and the kids loved the choc chip biscuits. We didn’t really make use of the breakfast as it wasn’t our thing. Cleaner came everyday which we weren’t expecting and she did a good enough job. Cleaner was very friendly even with the language barrier. Hotel receptionist was very informative and helpful throughout our stay. B&B is only a couple of stops by bus from Rome, would recommend getting the 24hour ticket which is €7 and let’s you get on any bus as much as you like, great for seeing more of Rome. Some really nice places to eat around the B&B. Would recommend Ambasciatori which is less then 5 min walk.

The hotel was located in a very safe neighbourhood with many food options. Located about 2-3 stops from Roma Termini, made it very easy for us to get to places or the tourist attractions. They were very flexible with the check in and they do text you beforehand to confirm your flight timing to try to get a room ready before your arrival if possible. Would definitely go there again when in Rome.

Hay puntos a tener en cuenta para elegirlo
Debido al tipo de viaje que realizamos nos incomodó un poco que no fuera un hotel sino que son como habitaciones dentro de un departamento que comparten un pequeño espacio común para tomar alimentos. El no tener una "recepción" hace un poco difícil por ejemplo llegar antes de la hora del check in porque no hay donde dejar equipaje. En mi caso era mi idea hacer de Roma un punto de movilización a otras áreas de Italia y poder dejar mi equipaje para movilizarme solo con lo necesario, pero eso no es posible con este alojamiento. Entonces depende del tipo de viajero y viaje que vas a realizar para elegirlo. Me siento más cómoda con una recepción 24 horas y que cuente con un espacio común en un piso diferente, pues el último día no pudimos descansar porque otros huéspedes hacían mucho ruido a altas horas de la noche.

Great little B&B with Character
Great little B&B situated just a bus ride away from Rome centre. Bus stop only 2 mins walk from hotel. Staff are very friendly and very helpful if you are looking for somewhere reasonably priced for Rome then this is a place to stay

Great stay in Rome...
Great a appartment/hotel. Good idea about the help yourself breakfast as you don’t feel under pressure to get up at a specific time. Great air con on a hot stay in Rome. But could do with international tv access as we’d stayed in a B&B with an international tv card just great for catching up on news and not having to use your own phone with small screen!!!!

Wish we didn't have to leave!
Our stay at B&B Home 77 was amazing! They surprised us with a free upgrade upon arrival and made us feel nothing but welcome. The B&B is in a great area, not too far away but not in the middle of all the hussle and bussle. All attractions are easily accessible through the buses which stops a 2 minute walk from the B&B.

Le informo que siempre puede pagar en cheque en efectivo. aunque como todas las instalaciones, solicitamos una tarjeta para garantizar la reserva. Significa que después del período de cancelación no es posible realizar cambios. Hasta el día anterior no estaba seguro de venir, y tan pronto como llegó nos dijo que quería cambiar las fechas. En ese momento ya no era posible pagar en efectivo, pero tenemos que usar necesariamente la tarjeta de garantía. En cualquier caso, estamos contentos de que haya disfrutado de nuestras habitaciones y nuestra organización, así como de la limpieza diaria de nuestras habitaciones. Gentile Ospite, siamo certi che abbia confuso la nostra struttura con altre. Tutte le nostre camere sono fotografate e pubblicizzate on line, compresa la sua. Purtroppo ha lasciato un commento anonimo e quindi ci risulta difficile individuare la sua prenotazione e capire in quale camera ha soggiornato, che ripeto è on line. La nostra struttura pur essendo piccola è molto curata e cerchiamo di fornire livelli di confort e design delle camere di livello alberghiero. Grazie Pasquale

Bien mais sans véritable salle à manger
Chambres et salle de bain très propres et confortables. Dommage que l'étage soit aménagé pour rentabiliser au maximum. Salle à manger commune à l'étage, étroite, ne comprenant que 4 places assises. L'espace d'une des chambres aurait pu faire office de salle à manger digne de ce nom. Jeune fille engagée pour faire la vaisselle du petit déjeuner charmante mais que j'ai pu voir contrainte de faire la vaisselle à la main dans un mini évier dans un espace réduit.

Das Hotel ist nicht das rosa Gebäude auf dem Foto sondern rechts daneben über die Seitenstraße. Wo auch gleich die Bushaltestellen für die Linien 60, 62 und 90 sowie der Ticketautomat steht (nimmt nur Münzen). Es gibt einen Gemeinschaftskühlschank wo man die Lebensmittel reingeben kann. Wasser, Orangensaft sowie Espressomaschine, Schwarz-Kräutertee, Kekse, Cornflakes; Nutella, Honig, Marmelade, Zwieback und Croissant (verpackte vom Supermarkt) sowie ein Wasserkocher im Zimmer stehen zur Verfügung. Wenn`s nicht reicht, der Supermarkt ist gleich über die Hauptstraße, man kann dort frisches Gebäck, Wurst, Müsli, Getränke und vieles mehr dort kaufen.

Great Location
Perfect proximity to city center; app. 10 minutes by bus; app. 15 minutes walking distance to Villa Borghese; advantage is that with being out of the city center a bit, everything around the hotel is very non touristic. Pretty much all restaurants are typical trattorias, which don't break the bank at all; average dinner with wine, coffee and appetizers was app. 45EUR for 4 persons. Would have been way more in the center; we loved the location, as this seemed to have been the real deal and not touristy at all. The hotel is apartments in a regular house, converted into hotel rooms. The rooms are very modern (grey tiles and white furniture/bathroom) and seem to be newly renovated. Breakfast turns out to be a 24 hour service - you can grab anything available in the breakfast area 24 hours. Fresh seasonal fruit, cookies, dolci, corn flakes, water, milk etc. (even soy milk) are available. Nothing fancy but definitely awesome to have available. Nice and helpful staff; across the hotel there is a supermarket, which has everything available. Just make sure you have the possibility to use What's app, as the front desk staff alternates between 2 locations, and if needed at your location, you have to text them. They respond very quickly, so that is not a problem. We loved our trip to Rome and the hotel contributed to it very much so !!

Great B&B - with a tiny "but"...
We had a great stay at the B&B Home 77, the staff was very friendly and very accomodating. The only criticism we have (which could be fixed easily) is the cleanliness of the bath room: limescale, smelly drains and moldy walls in the shower. Otherwise modern rooms in a neighborhood apartment building - we felt like locals in Rome, at a great price!
